  DEPOSIT: 

• A minimum deposit of $300 for all Silver Orchestra Guest guests must accompany each application to secure a reservation. 

• A minimum deposit of $150 for all Orange Sing-phony guests must accompany each application to secure a reservation. 

• A minimum deposit of $100 for all N’Pella Treat guests must accompany each application to secure a reservation. 

• A minimum deposit of $100 for all A Taste of Heaven One-Day Pass guests must accompany each application to secure a reservation. 

• No minimum deposit for Sweet Treat.

   **If cancellation of reservation is made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival date, then 80% of the  deposit     

   will   be refunded. We accept personal checks, Visa, MC, & Discover, Apple Pay, Cash App  and Zelle.

 

  BALANCE DUE: The remaining balance must be paid at the time of arrival. No installment plans       are currently available.  Installment plans will be considered on a case by case basis.

  ADDED CHARGES: will be required for additional lab, additional services, diagnostic services,           pharmacy items & supplements, or emergency care.

​

  FAMILY MEMBER: To help our guests continue their lifestyle changes at home, we encourage  

  family members to attend.

  INSURANCE: Our unique services are seldom reimbursed by third party payers

   Essential travel items:

• Personal grooming items.

• Seasonal clothing; from April through October, the weather fluctuates between mild to very hot temperature; from November through March, the weather fluctuates between mild to very hot temperature clothing is suggested.

• Walking shoes.

• Casual clothes for outdoor activities.

• Bathrobe and clean bedroom slippers.

• Current copies of your medical records (if applicable…)

• Washer and dryer provided. 

• No pets allowed
