Today, I went to look at my dream Lifestyle Center and Educational Spa. Wow! I saw the pictures online, but it was so much better in person. Private, peaceful, promising, and full of countless potential!

Can you picture it?! Narda Pella Lifestyle Center and Educational Spa, an anointed refuge located in the beautiful North Georgia Mountains! My missionary friends and a few family members came with me. We toured every room and our hearts swelled with hope and marvel at this great, but sudden opportunity. Where would I get the money in such a short time frame?

I had started looking at properties again in January because I was denied approval for my current space to be an Airbnb once again. No overnight stays… but how can I treat people effectively long term? Along with other red tape, I felt it was time to begin dreaming again. My current space was never meant to be a permanent location anyway.

Just as the Lord told Caleb, Joshua, and the ten others, "Go and spy out the land."

I was discouraged by previous experiences looking for a place, but felt like I needed to go this time. Spring break came, and Marl, Peter, and Bree came along for the three-hour drive. And boy was it a beautiful drive, and a worthwhile trip.

"Angel Falls" was a fully furnished, well-thought-out "light house" surrounded by alpine beauty. It already had a large jacuzzi, a generator, multiple bedrooms, a body therapy and exercise room, AND a detached office space. It was home-like, comforting, and was already pre-approved for Airbnb, and in my case, a health-focused Airbnb that would host so many amazing services!

What if I had followed my doubting thoughts that morning: “Is it even worth driving three hours to see a place that might be run down and a scam?” But I felt a deep desire to go anyway. I went, I saw, and envisioned, but what's next? I have no money, yet I could see this space as an anointed refuge: Narda Pella. The cruelty of poverty reared its head, but during the tour, I had seen a small sign on the kitchen counter that said: 'PRAY, let go, and let God take over.' Peter and I prayed as we stood on the peaceful balcony. This place was exactly what I wanted for showcasing God’s gospel health!

For the first time in years, I felt a familiar zeal. Go forward! This is a million-dollar property, but the thought came that if I want it, it is mine. Then I thought, “ I have what it takes!” With Jesus, NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE! Like Moses, I thought of using what is in my hands! Like the man in the parable who wanted the pearl, I decided to sell "all I had"… in the PELLA Store. I participated in a health fair at the end of the month and promoted my new mission project: NARDA PELLA, Dreaming Big! I challenged each person to donate or purchase a product or service to support our venture.

This venture matters to me. It is personal. I have a dream to provide a special healing refuge for those who are broken, burnt-out, and those who may just need a healthy re-boost! God has been blessing.
