His Truth!

Explore how the power of faith and resilience in 'His Truth!' can guide your life, ministry, and business.

Still March!
Still March!

Thou didst march through the land in indignation, thou didst thresh the heathen in anger.

Mine eyes have seen the glory of the coming of the Lord…He hath soundeth forth the trumpet that shall never call retreat… Be swift my soul to answer Him, be jubilant my feet! His truth is marching on. (The Battle Hymn of the Republic- Julia Ward Stowe). [Song]

Sometimes we fail in ministry and business, not because of a lack of money or investors, but because of a lack of faith. We allow our insecurities and doubts to overwhelm our confidence. Have you noticed that perhaps where you used to run, you have started walking, and where you were used to walking, you are now crawling towards your dreams.  Maybe you have even suspended or turned away from them altogether. Discouragement sets in like rigor mortis.  You have listened to people who tell you, by their comments, questions, and actions, that they don't believe in the dreams you are pursuing.  But is this God’s truth for you?

Elijah had a mountain-top experience on Carmel when his faith was strongly anchored in Christ. With God-backed confidence, he called fire from heaven to burn the doubting idolaters, while inspiring others to reestablish their faith in the Lord.   God used him to restore His dying church in a sinful world.  Yet that mountain-top experience wasn’t sustained long. He allowed fear of Jezebel and her opinions to diminish his faith in God’s truth drastically.

God looked at Elijah, and asked incredibly, “What doest thou here?” Erase Elijah’s name and insert yours within the question.  I will use myself.  “What doest thou here, _____?” You lost your house in a fire, tornado, or flood; the company you work for downsized, and you were let go; your business seems about to fold, your ministry door is about to shut; money promised is withheld; those who you hoped would be a strong support find more frivolous things in which to invest.  Whatever your current struggle, don’t detour from your God-given destiny because of crisis or because others have devalued your mission and vision.  Don't be a fallen hero when you don't have to be. March forward!

“...therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.” 2 Timothy 2:3

Blessed be the LORD my strength, which teacheth my hands to war, and my fingers to fight:" Psalms 144:1 KJV

If you don't believe in yourself… start believing in God again. Get up, place yourself in His hands, and your faith will begin to strengthen! This life is a battle and a march, so get up and march! Remember His truth for you.  Don’t be distracted by the “closing doors” of hearts and opportunities.  God’s truth marches on; therefore, let your faith be your money, and not money be your faith. Remember that it is His truth alone that matters, so march! His truth for you knows no boundaries... His truth still marches on. [Song]

“...Blessed be the Lord God of Israel,

who hath with his hands fulfilled that

which he spake with his mouth…”

2 Chronicles 6:4
